Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn (juice and all)
1 can cream-style corn
1 box corn meal muffin mix
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Saute margarine, onion and green pepper until soft.
Set aside. In a large bowl, mix well the corn, muffin mix and eggs.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread the sauteed mix over top of corn mix. Spoon sour cream in chunks on top of onion sauteed mix.
Just before baking, spread top with grated sharp cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
