Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, finely diced
    4 to 6 green onions (tops and all), finely chopped
    1 can chopped black olives
    3 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Chill several hours to let flavors blend.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
