Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend first 6 ingredients and add 1 cup flour.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Stir down and add 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Stir and knead for 3 minutes.
    Roll in a ball.
    Put in a greased pan; let rise for 25 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
