Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless corned beef brisket
    1 head cabbage, cut in wedges
    4 potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 small onion, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cover corned beef brisket with boiling water.
    Simmer (do not boil) for 3 1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
    Add cabbage, potatoes and onion.
    Simmer about 1/2 hour longer, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Let stand about 10 minutes.
