Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Smart Beat margarine
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 Egg Beaters
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream together sugars, margarine, Egg Beaters and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Press 4 to 5 chocolate chips into each dough ball.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields about 6 dozen cookies.
