Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 carrots, slivered
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    1 pkg. herb seasoned dressing mix
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash, onions and carrots in small amount of salted water until tender; drain.
    Combine cooked vegetables with sour cream, cream of chicken soup and pimentos.
    Add butter to herb dressing.
    Layer squash mixture alternately with dressing, beginning and ending with dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
