Green Beans With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced into rings
    4 small ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    4 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Steam green beans 5 minutes.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute garlic, onion and beans 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes more.
    Chill.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
