Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine or butter
2 c. grated cheese (sharp New York)
2 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. or more red pepper
2 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with cheese, then add all the flour, a little at a time.
Add red pepper (use more than listed if you like them hot, hot).
Add Rice Krispies and fold all ingredients together real well.
Pinch off a piece the size of a large marble and place on a cookie sheet. Mash it flat and bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Yields about 25 or 30 wafers.
