White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 egg whites
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Combine flour and baking powder.
Add alternately with milk.
Mix well.
Fold in well beaten egg whites and extract.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool and frost with Chocolate Velvet Frosting.
