Franks-N-Ramen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frankfurters, cut in half diagonally
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves; fresh, crushed and chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    10 3/4 oz. cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped (or canned)
    2 pkg. (any flavor) Ramen noodles, cooked (al dente) and drained, do not use spice packet
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional to add a little kick)
Preparation
    In an ovenproof skillet, brown frankfurters in butter.
    Add onion and basil, cook until tender.
    Preheat broiler.
    Stir in soup, milk, tomatoes, noodles, parsley, salt and pepper; Tabasco if desired.
    Heat, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and place on top rack of oven. Bake until cheese just turns brown, about 4 minutes.
    Remove and serve.
