Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix the cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add the oil, eggs and buttermilk to the dry mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Dough may be refrigerated in a covered bowl for up to six weeks.
    Yields 36 muffins.
