Chicken Breasts With Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. raspberry vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute for 5 minutes until translucent.
