Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 chopped onions
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    3 large cans tomato sauce
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    spaghetti seasoning or Italian seasoning to taste
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage, ground beef and onion together in skillet. Drain in colander.
    In large saucepan add all ingredients.
    Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a couple of hours.
    Stir frequently.
    Freeze excess in pint containers for quick meals.
