Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. cheese
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation

Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and layer in baking dish.
After layer of potatoes, layer with salt, pepper, margarine, bell pepper, onion and cheese.
Do this until all potatoes are used.
Top with either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
