Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/3 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, basil or thyme, crushed
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; do not peel.
    Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
    Arrange slices in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish or a 9-inch pie pan.
    Melt butter; stir in onion and dill weed, basil or thyme.
    Drizzle over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
