Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab (imitation is okay)
    1 small lemon
    2 stalks celery
    1 bunch green onions
    1 to 2 Tbsp. or more mayonnaise
    garlic salt or powder to taste
    pepper to taste
    Waverly Wafers or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Shred crab.
    Squeeze lemon over crab.
    Let lemon set while you cut up celery and onion (cut up small).
    Drain crab.
    Add to celery, onions and seasonings.
    Mix with mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Let set overnight if possible.
    Best served with Waverly Wafers or Ritz crackers.
