Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Combine sugar and flour and stir in juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Put combined ingredients in uncovered dish.
    Mix crumbled crackers and margarine.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
