German-Style Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. graham crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in crumbs and sugar.
    Pat firmly on buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
