Hamburger Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
mustard
sauerkraut
Swiss cheese slices
rye bread
Preparation

Make 4 thin patties.
Brush with mustard.
Broil, mustard side up, approximately 5 minutes.
Turn; top with sauerkraut and slice of cheese.
Broil until bubbly.
Serve on rye toast.
