Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mixed fruit (candied), diced
4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
5 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 small bottle vanilla flavoring
1 small bottle lemon flavoring
1 small bottle rum flavoring
1 small bottle brandy flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Add orange juice and flavorings; mix well.
Dredge fruit and nuts in flour.
Add slowly, mixing as you go until all nuts and fruit are added.
