Pie Crust(Makes 4 Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Mix vinegar and water.
    Add together with egg.
    Mix well.
    Separate into four equal parts. May be frozen or keeps well in refrigerator.
    Form into balls to store.
    Roll out crust on floured pastry sheet.
