Cheddar-Spinach Quiche(Kish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Drain spinach well on paper towel.
    Toss cheese with flour. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Garnish with additional bacon (add a little bacon grease to mixture).
