Ingredients

2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 c. blueberries
1 c. nonfat yogurt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Add the blueberries and blend again until smooth.
Transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in the yogurt, lemon juice and honey.
Divide the mixture among 6 custard cups.
Chill before serving.
Serves 6.
