No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    14 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Blend in flour and eggs.
    Gradually add milk, then flavoring and coconut.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased and floured pie pans.
