Brownies With Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix together sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until just mixed.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
