Lemon Bars Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. 4x sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. 4x sugar
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Cut in margarine.
    Cut in butter until mixture clings together.
    Press in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Combine eggs, sugar (granulated) and lemon juice.
    Sift flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture.
    Pour over baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Cool and sprinkle 4x sugar over it.
    Cut in bars.
    Yield: 30.
