Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

8 oz. noodles
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook and drain noodles in a large pan. Saute onion and green pepper in margarine for 3 minutes.
Add beef; cook until no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
In a bowl, combine tomato paste and sour cream; stir in the noodles and cottage cheese.
Layer half the noodle mixture, top with half beef mixture. Repeat layers.
Pour tomato sauce evenly over the top of casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly hot.
