Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. diced onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, then cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes more until done.
