Pork Chop Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 slice lemon
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    6 (1/2-inch) pork chops
Preparation
    Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and peppers.
    Add lemon and onion.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
    Bring to a boil.
    Place pork chops in a dish and pour sauce over them.
    Bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 25 minutes, turning chops over once or until chops are done.
    I usually make a double batch of sauce, because I find that one is not enough.
