Salad Crab Louie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crabmeat
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (to sprinkle over crabmeat)
    3 c. lettuce, shredded
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 pimento, cut in strips
Preparation
    Place crab, lettuce, onion, celery and tomato in a bowl.
    Toss with mayonnaise.
    Place on lettuce leaf.
    Garnish with sliced egg and strips of pimento.
    Serve with Melba toast or hot buttered English muffins.
