Turkey-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
romaine leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Add to turkey mixture; toss lightly. Chill.
Line bowl with romaine leaves.
Spoon in salad.
Makes 6 servings.
