German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large apple, sliced
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In
    blender,
    mix
    eggs, salt, flour and milk.
    Preheat oven to
    425\u00b0.
    Heat
    a
    10-inch
    skillet
    with
    3 tablespoons butter until
    sizzling, but not brown.
    Put batter in skillet. Bake 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
    Do not brown too much.
