Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook cleaned peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Mix all other ingredients, except 1/2 cup soup.
    Stuff peppers. Stand peppers upright in a shallow baking dish.
    Pour over remaining soup, mixed with 1/2 cup water.
    Bake covered 45 minutes, uncovered, for 15 additional minutes at 350\u00b0.
