Squash And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. squash, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
salt to taste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/4 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine squash, broccoli, onion, carrot, salt and water in saucepan.
Cook, covered, until vegetables are tender; drain.
Add margarine, sour cream and soup; mix well.
Stir in 1 cup stuffing mix and 1 cup cheese.
Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining stuffing mix and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Yield:
8 servings.
