Cheesy Beef Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 to 8 hard rolls
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; lower heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Hollow out rolls, leaving 1/2-inch shell. Fill rolls with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
