Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix (beef, pork or veal)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix meat, onion, salt, pepper, egg and bread crumbs together. Form into a loaf.
    Place in pan.
    Pour tomato sauce over loaf and water around it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
