Special Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry rice
    3 eggs
    3 scallions
    1/2 c. carrots, julienned
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 lb. pork, julienned
Preparation
    Heat wok to medium-high.
    Add 1 teaspoon oil.
    Whisk eggs and add to wok until omelette is formed.
    Flip (in 2 minutes). Remove omelette and chop into bite size chunks.
    Save in large bowl.
