2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 bag Angel Flake coconut
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

In a pan, mix and bring to a boil; cook 5 minutes.
Leave cake in pan and punch holes in it with handle of wooden spoon.
Pour icing over cake and let stand for 2 hours.
