Cheese Sausage Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. or more ground pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in small cubes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. Bisquick mix
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine eggs and milk; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pan 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
