Raisin Graham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Stir in crushed crackers and raisins.
    In another bowl, stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened.
