Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
4 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix together brown sugar and butter and spread over top of batter.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
