Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 lg. mushrooms
    6 T. butter
    3/4 c. plain, dry bread crumbs
    1 env. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove the stems from the mushrooms, chop finely and saute in the butter about 6-8 minutes until tender. Stir together the bread crumbs, soup mix, almonds and cheese. Stuff the mushroom caps and bake in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes.
