Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon (generous)
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. carrots
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix ingredients, except carrots. Fold in carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Use Bundt pan, lightly greased and floured.
