Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced raw cauliflower
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. curry
    3 c. cooked chicken or shrimp
    1 envelope Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix first 6 items (leave raw).
    Boil chicken or shrimp with water and salad dressing mix.
    Mix all together and chill overnight.
