Hungarian Cream Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. margarine, softened
    nut or jam filling
Preparation
    Mix flour, cream cheese and margarine thoroughly.
    Form into a ball.
    Refrigerate overnight in a bowl covered with waxed paper. Roll out dough a half or quarter at a time on a board covered with powdered sugar.
    Use a pastry cutter to cut into approximately a 2-inch square or desired size.
    Place small amount of filling in center and fold as desired.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
