Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas, cut up
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking soda and powder together and set aside.
    Blend eggs, softened butter, sugar and bananas.
    Add blended mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened (do not beat).
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before turning out.
