Shrimp Mosca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp with shells
    6 buds garlic
    2 whole bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 oz. olive oil
    1 oz. white wine
Preparation
    Heat oil in frypan.
    Add shrimp and spices.
    Saute for 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
    Add wine and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. Shrimp are to be peeled at table and served with hot crisp bread for dunking into sauce.
    Serves 2.
