1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, toasted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. stock
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
Preparation

Heat fat in skillet.
Saute onion, celery and parsley.
Add bread crumbs and seasonings.
Stir to blend well.
Add eggs, slightly beaten, and enough stock to make crumbs hold together.
