Beer Barbecued Bratwurst - cooking recipe

Preparation

Boil bratwurst in large pan with water and 1 beer for about 1/2 hour.
Take out and put on the fire* or charcoal.
Stab with a fork to drain grease while cooking.
Serve on rolls with sauerkraut and mustard.
Fried potatoes go very well with this dish.
