Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 chicken breasts, split into halves
3 to 4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken and rice and mix well. Arrange chicken pieces in a large casserole dish and pour soup mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve over rice, separating gravy from chicken pieces, if desired.
